Intercity Destek (Assistance)
Intercity’s customer- and fleet-assistance operations are handled entirely by Intercity Destek. More than half of the 300-plus labour force are technical personnel working in the company’s own service-stations, while more than a third are involved in customer services. Intercity Destek’s three large service-stations and seven operation centres provide a range of services, including vehicle disinfection, damage repairs, vehicle expertise, breakdown / towing services, replacement car provision, periodical maintenance, tyre assistance, vehicle transfer, and bespoke services for organisations.
